Return Policy

Luxe Science will accept returns or exchanges for any unopened Luxescience.com purchase that is returned within 10 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service. Return acceptance (for refund or exchange) is at the sole discretion of Luxe Science. Refunds will be provided in the form of a product credit for the equivalent amount of the product purchase price. This purchase credit can be redeemed with any future purchase.

To request a return, Please follow these convenient steps:

• Email service@www.luxescience.com to report a return request.   Please reference your original order and note the items that you wish to return and the reason for the return.
• Upon review, you will be notified via email of the status of return request.
• If the return is approved, be sure to carefully package unused items and ship to the address below.
• Shipping fees for returns is the responsibility of purchaser and are nonrefundable.
